Position Head Cook - Gardmanger
Job Description Preparation and presentation of food in the cold kitchen, according to established standards and passenger satisfaction. Assuring efficient food service. Minimizing food spoilage and utilizes food surpluses. Maintaining highest level of sanitation and personal hygiene according to USPH rules and regulations. Direct supervision of 2nd & 3rd Cooks and Helpers. Reports to Executive Sous Chef.
Candidate's Profile Minimum 1 contract ship experience or at least 1 year experience in 5 Star hotels in an equal position. Should have a 3yr Degree/Diploma from Hotel Management/Culinary Institute. USPH exposure and certificate. Knowledge of world cuisine. Excellent English communication skills. Organizational, problem solving, and leadership skills.
