Recruitment Process
Airborne will match qualified applicants with hospitality jobs in the UK under the Sector Based Scheme, using the following process:

Airborne will prescreen applicants to evaluate eligibility and qualifications for work in the UK under the SBS. |

We will then work with partners in the UK to place qualified applicants in job openings. |

Our UK partner will help UK employers to apply for work permits for new recruits. |

Once the work permit is approved Airborne will help recruits apply for entry clearance at the British Embassy or Consulate in India. |

We will then assist recruits with travel arrangements as needed. |

After a person completes one year under the SBS work permit and returns to India, Airborne will help place the candidate in a suitable job in the UK, Persian Gulf, on a Cruise Line, in the USA, or within India. |
