The Cruise Line Look:
The successful cruise line look is well-groomed, physically fit, and includes dressing in a professional manner wearing appropriate hairstyles, jewelry, and makeup, and always being ready to smile!

Customer Service Skills:
Candidates should have a talent for customer service, which includes: being welcoming, providing immediate service and solving problems, displaying appropriate behavior at all times, and making the cruising experience pleasurable and memorable for all guests.

Motivation and Teamwork:
Many people find working and living aboard a cruise ship to be fun and rewarding, but it demands motivation and maturity. With long hours, hard work and continuous interaction with fellow crewmembers, mutual appreciation and respect for others is essential for success. Successful crewmembers take personal pride in their work and are dedicated to growing and learning both personally and professionally.

Education/Experience:
Prior cruise Line experience is a plus and is generally required for managerial positions.
